It's crazy that the most recent post in this wiki was my own one ten months ago. This place is really dead.

I'm here (once more) and I would like to revive it though. I'm planning on going through all of the pages on the Wiki alphabetically and editing them using the Special:AllPages page. I'm going to start with things included in the first book as I have it on hand, hence it'll be easier to refer to. After that I'll move onto the series and I'll edit away as I rewatch it.

I plan on trying to adopt this wiki within the next few weeks as well, that way I can really get into the nitty gritty of things and do more than just edit pages.

So... yeah. I'm not sure if anyone will read this due to how dead the wiki is. If you are then hello!

My name is Simon [yes, actually], he/they, and I've read all three books plus watched both seasons of the show.

My favourite character is Simon [I promise I'm not biased because my name is Simon] but Addy, Maeve and Knox are probably up there as near-favourites too.

As for my opinions on the show vs the books: I think the books are better. I do enjoy the show but more as a standalone thing rather than comparing it to the books. But I also like some characters more in the show than the books and vice versa.

This fandom is sooo dead but I was like you know what? Let's write up my insane theories on here! So first off, who's excited for the 3rd book? I'm counting the days and it's sooo nott working. Anyways I'm here to share theories? So if you don't know already, the 3rd book will be in the POVs of Nate, Addy, and Phoebe. Also the synopsis is hinting at a member of the "Bayview Crew" disappearing?! By the "Bayview Crew", they surely mean Bronwyn, Cooper, Nate, Addy, Maeve, Knox, Phoebe, Kris, and Luis. And maybe Ashton. I'm honestly scared that Bronwyn's gonna disappear (cause I'm shipping Natewyn HARDDD) but I'm thinking that it'll most likely be Maeve. Only because she does have a connection to Nate (her sister's boyfriend), Addy (they were gonna spend summer together), and Phoebe (became good friends). This is scaring me SOOO much but whatever! I'm also hoping to see more of Knox and Phoebe, they were too cute 🥰 Your welcome for torturing your brains with my crazy theories 😘

In the Series they kiss. And I understood nothing. Like first she was obviously a couple with Simon! This is rly strange too bc in the books they didn’t even we’re friends or sth. Didn’t Simon even post mean things about Maeve’s Illness? I remember that was Bronwyns motive. Besides he’s completely not Maeve’s type. And then he die and she kisses Janae. I have nothing against lesbians or Lgbtqa+ but isn’t it completely different to what is in the book?! In One of us Is next she is with Luis(who btw dont apear at all in the series) And they are such a sweet couple. And in the books she was always in love with him not with Simon or Janae. I was just like poor Karen mc Manus what did they do with her couples?!

Did it ever in the book describe Simon’s appearance? Like the color of his eyes, his hair? Look at Cooper in the show he is of African American but in the book he is Caucasian with sandy hair. What about Simon? What did he look like indifference to the show? Anyone??

So .. I know this fandom is literally so dead, but I've been thinking about how weird Cooper and Simon's interactions were.

Like, Simon knew Cooper was gay even before he knew himself and he literally hit on Cooper at the dance. Also if he knew Cooper was gay, that'd be HUGE news and he never revealed that on About That. Like I know revealing spicy secrets and literally outing someone are so different, but Simon has gone so far on the app before and outing someone seems perfectly inside what he'd do.

Also when Simon was dying Cooper was the first to rush to his side and was the most panicked, also blaming himself for the death the most initially because the office was out of epipens. Almost all of the flashbacks including Simon happen in Cooper's POV and he doesn't even really seem to hate him, at least not as much as the others.

I wanna know what their past interactions were outside of the book because I feel like at some point they were friends or something.
